We’re open 24 HOURS giving you the flexibility to train before work, after school, or whenever suits your lifestyle.

Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to push your training further, our fully equipped gym offers unlimited access memberships and a secure key fob entry system for convenience and peace of mind.​ We provide weekly fitness and yoga classes, as well as personal training for those who want extra support, motivation, or tailored guidance.

Memberships are available from age 12+, making Couper Gym & Fitness a great choice for young people, families, and individuals of all fitness levels.​ We’re proud to be located right next to our dance school, making us especially convenient for parents and dancers — train while your child is in class, or support dancers with strength, conditioning, and flexibility.
